Coastal ecosystem revalorization

Since 2008, we are searching to revalue the Marchica lagoon, therefore we try to potentiate and improve its natural richness by a sustainable touristic development. The project is part of this philosophy.

The first phase of the project consists in decontaminate the Marchica lagoon and restores the marine ecosystem.

Following this philosophy, we propose the contrast of the uses derived from the club with the different vegetated environments typical of the Mediterranean coast environment. The uses related with the water are closer to the lagoon, such as the bath and solarium and also a part of the dune system is restored. As the user moves away from the coast, other types of sporting uses appear inscribed in the clearings of the pine forest and the underwood rich in coastal Mediterranean species to end up with a wilder underwood.
