The opportunity with this garden is to offer not only to the users of the landmark but also to the community around a green space of quality. The position of the building allows the garden to be the main character of the spaces. Both buildings look to the garden and they generate a symbiotic relationship.

The site has an abrupt topography and the projects a user with so specific needs that those two components establish guidelines to design the garden and take the maximum of the space.

This project creates successive permanent spaces on different levels connected with two paths. The paths have different speeds.: One slow made with ramps between the garden, created to walk in nature and at the same time give accessibility for the handicapped people; and a fastest path made with stairs connecting with the access of the upper building.

The activities are divided into two types: relaxing and energetic activities, each has an area of action within these spaces within the garden.

En el solar ya existían arboles se seleccionan los que tienen un valor estético y que puedan resistir un trasplante, así se incorporan al nuevo proyecto. Se opta por una variedad de árboles entre caducos y perennes colocados estratégicamente para generar diferentes espacios de luz y de sombra, protegiendo en verano y dando calor en invierno, así como también generar un juego de colores que varía a lo largo de las estaciones.
