Montana’s industrial warehouse

The environmental quality and thermal comfort define the common spaces for this ship. The proposal acts on three areas: The improvement of the surroundings. The creation of a garden patio in the middle of the offices and the design of an accessible green roof.

In the exterior zone we focus on the design of the entrance garden and the treatment of the plot’s limits. The spaces are limited by the demands of circulation, parking, and regulations of an industrial warehouse of these characteristics. The office and exhibition area are structured around a patio. This central element has a double objective, the first is that the workers have a vegetal view from all sides, thanks to the installation of glass doors. The second is to improve the climatic conditions of the building, thanks to the vegetation. The roof of the offices will be a low maintenance green roof.
