El centro comercial se sitúa a caballo de dos entidades paisajisticas: Pinares al norte y paisaje estepario al sur.
La creación de un lago ha generado un nuevo paisaje como si de un oasis se tratara. Potenciando y extendiendo esta riqueza a lo largo del eje longitudinal que estructura el centro comercial configuraremos un nuevo eje verde a escala territorial.

El estudio de la totalidad de este espacio es imprescindible si se quiere poder dar una respuesta adecuada a la multitud de situaciones que afrontar. Repensar globalmente este resort, reforzara una imagen potente de conjunto. La idea es simple, dar una identidad unitaria que los visitantes recuerden. Hoy en dia, el lago, en buena medida posee esta imagen de marca potente. El reto consiste en potenciarla y en llevarla a la totalidad del que denominamos eje verde.

The intervention’s area is the existent free space between the accesses, the buildings and the” lake”. The project consists in creating a series of vegetated spaces that we called vegetated cells. The cells have different themes: color garden, oasis garden, groundcover garden and scent garden. These cells define different atmospheres and gives a rhythm and enrich the spaces.

In the lake zone, we increase the visual connection with the water using smaller plants with an ornamental character. In the High riverside we plant groundcover vegetation to open the view. In the floodable riverside we put groundcovers and bulb plants to open the view.
Between the high riverside and the floodable riverside will appear a “riverside cell” an organic shape pot with perennials plants with a specific landscape interest, either for of its leaf color, flowering, or small size.
