Basic project

The retaining wall is transformed into a recreational space, formed with walks and small seating areas with a Mediterranean atmosphere.

The project seeks to integrate the hotel in is natural environment, the Mediterranean hillside of Santo Tomas. We differentiated two zones: the natural zone, that works as an integrator element with the hillside and the Mediterranean garden for the enjoyment of users walks.

The intervention on the natural zone is simple, grouped pines will give the sense of continuity to integrate the hotel. In the garden zone the idea is to transform the topography to absorb the leftovers of soil that came from the construction of the hotel. The topographic plan is going to be make “in situ”. The vegetation will be organized in groups as a wild vegetation is conceived.
